  • Remaining Balance: The final balance of $2,000 is due at the feedback session.

  • Payment: I accept cash, check or credit card.  I do not accept payment from Venmo or other peer-to-peer (P2P) digital payment services.

INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS

I operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, should you wish to submit a claim for out-of-network coverage for my services to your insurance company, you will be provided with a superbill (an itemized clinical receipt containing standard ICD-10 diagnostic codes and CPT procedure codes) once the report is completed and released to you.

I highly recommend contacting your insurance member services department prior to your first appointment to verify your out-of-network benefits for psychological testing (typically CPT codes 96136, 96137, 96130, and 96131).

Why I Choose an Out-of-Network Model

My practice operates independently so every recommendation is guided by clinical judgment, not insurance policies.

To ensure your care is guided solely by clinical necessity rather than restrictive insurance policies, my practice operates as an out-of-network provider.

Navigating insurance for psychological testing can be challenging. Insurance companies often impose administrative barriers, unpredictable denials, or retroactive payment reversals. Furthermore, standard reimbursement rates rarely reflect the 15 to 20 hours of specialized, highly detailed professional work required for a comprehensive evaluation. Operating independently allows me to dedicate the full time and resources necessary to provide you with a rigorous, high-quality assessment tailored to your unique needs.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card. If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with the detailed documentation (a "superbill") needed to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier. I highly encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to verify your specific coverage and reimbursement rates for out-of-network mental health assessment services.
